Seems this judge (name is Len Bradley I found out) has some agenda against the AGFC. Still......he's totally capricious and arbitrary, for reasons either unknown or nonexistent!!

Judges have the power to do that. Some do have agendas and sometimes it's pretty obvious in their sentencing. I've heard some DNR officers comment on certain judges who will take a case from them and throw it out or plead it down to almost nothing and then have a similar case filed by an officer from another agency and it goes through just fine. They felt that the judge was just prejudiced against them and their department.
