Cotton Cordell passed away a couple days ago over in Hot Springs, Ark. He designed more baits than you can shake a stick at and if you fish at all, there's a good chance you'd recognize some of your favorites in the list of stuff he designed at his company.
The big companie have taken over the fishing tackle industry but there was a time it was guys like this that did some revolutionary stuff in fishing. RIP Cotton!
