I'm pretty sure he can. Since they were put in place without Congressional approval, they can be eliminated the same way.

Just to throw sand in the ointment ... we bitch like hell when Obummer does it ... but it would be "okay" once a Republican was in the WH? Wouldn't that be the "pot calling the kettle black"?

Why not leave it up to the "Republican Congress" to pass bills to override the orders and keep our noses clean instead of being hypocrites? Just a thought.
