Any of y'all got Diverticulitis?

I do. Haven't had an 'attack' in about 3 years.

Got one now. Taken all the antibiotics I can take for today. Maybe tomorrow better. This is like a spear in my side. Always one specific spot.......which is where the diverticuli have always shown up in a colonoscopy.

I'd say getting old is for the birds..........but I've had this for many, many years. Luckily not many flareups. Two times I can remember, both times at deer camp (once in 1988, once in 2005), I got it so bad I almost called 911...........until I remembered they'd have no clue how to find me!! :)

It's sort of like insanity. No cure. But I know it's been getting worse for days, and is making me insane!

No, but I remember my Grand mother dealing with it. Very painful stuff.

Just go over it about a month ago. I've had diverticuli for many years, but it developed into Diverticulitis for the first time last month.
Not to bad, 10 days of antibiotics along with 20 days of Probiotics and it passed.
Now I'm working on an eye problem that I'll find out Tuesday what's going to happen.
Ya, getting old sucks.

No clue what it is, but I've been having a problem with Obesityitis lately ... yep, I agree on the old age thing. :(
