Odd weather

I thought we had seen every kind of winter weather possible this month, turs out Mother Nature still had more surprises. The public road to our hunting/fishing club was closed for several hours by an avalanche. In the past 14 days we have seen 70 degrees and -18. We got 16 inches of snow Monday/Tuesday. This morning we got another 6" of ice pellets. Now it is pouring rain. Just heard on the news that in addition to our local avalanche, there was also one in Summers Co, WV. Crazy stuff.

Same here. Up and down, drastic stuff. Mostly cold.

Weird here too. Thursday morning I was leaving for an estate sale. There's a big bowl of water on the porch (for the cats) and it was FROZEN! Today, we have a predicted high of 80 degrees and nothing but sunshine! (S'posed to be 78 degrees in Daytona for the race today ... perfect!)

Shouldn't there be a big buncha people there with buckets and shovels and stuff keeping them wet until the tide comes in and they can be re-floated? Just saying.
