Ya'll made me feel like a wuss.....soooooo......

Well, ya'll beat me up so bad that I called my beagle man, last night....we managed to round up six more brave idiots to rabbit hunt my place, tomorrow....snow is half melted, and it's left this MS Delta gumbo dirt, in an absolute muddy, nasty, sloppy mess, but we are gonna hunt 'em, anyway.

That'll be the final day of rabbit season, so we are gonna turn out all 21 beagles....my buddy trains all of his beagles in a 40 acre fenced rabbit-proof pen, and they're some of the best little beagles that I've ever had the privilege of hunting with.

I can already smell the burnt gunpowder in the air....and, a LOT of it !!!!! ;)

I remember bunny huntin with my good bud who had a pair of females, they were medium speed dogs and only opened when they were on a track! It was the best of times!!!

Hahaha....dat beez, Leroy, our rabbit whisperer....if he even thinks there's a rabbit within a 1/2 mile of him, he WILL send the beagles in that direction....he shoots an old Mossberg 12 gauge pump, held together with duct tape, but he rarely misses a rabbit.

His brother is an awesome cook, and cooks for a nice local restaurant....he cooks up a huge pot of our rabbits, with dumplings and all the trimmings, for all of us, each year.
