PALCOHOL....powered alcohol in an easy to carry packet....might be pretty handy on a camping trip, etc.

Maybe so, but times haven't really changed that much....in my younger days, if I really wanted beer or likker, I found a way to get it....kids are doing the same thing, nowadays.
