I've been designing homes for 43 years, maybe have done 14 - 15 hundred plans ranging from 640 sq. ft. to over 10,000, but the one I'm working on right now is about the strangest I've done.
Senior VP for a large company is building a 6,200 sq ft. two story, one bedroom home in an Italian Villa motif.
Well, maybe you could call it a 3 bedroom home, but the other two bedrooms are 8' x 9', exactly alike, and each one includes a small vanity with a sink.
Those two rooms are for his cats.
This will be a million dollar plus home, and also includes an indoor exercise pool, elevator and his and hers master baths.
Resale on this home should be about "0", but that's not a concern with the couple.
So, LJ & Thump, there are some other cat crazy people out there you can hang with.:wavey
