Totally agree with Sky.. I was at the National DU convention in New Orleans a few years ago. They had a 17 foot canoe full of those bugs. I'd a liked to just set up a tent. ;) Billy Joe Cross taught me how to shuck 'em.. I didn't take long learning..

I don't have the patience. If Lynn shucks 'em. I'll eat 'em as fast as she can put 'em on my plate. Same with crab, if she shells 'em, I'll eat 'em. Give me a big ol' lobster tail and I'll tear that puppy up! We had "surf & turf" on the cruise the other night and I told my waiter to hold the steak and just bring me lobster. He asked how many and I asked how many I can have. He said he can start me out with 10 and we can work from there if I want! I LOVE cruises! :D

BTW ... I settled for two and most of Lynn's steak. ;)
