One year in an apartment, two in a mobile home then 3 houses all in 4 different cities, 5 employers, 3 kids doing 15 years of college, 3 solid marriages to beautiful ladies, 7 really great grand kids and saying good-by to 3 parents. All this started 47 years ago today. Thank you Kay for being there.

JB I remember you and Kay spending one of those anniversaries in the SC house and me and you TURKEY hunting on that day.

I called in a group of turkeys numbering more than 20. A couple of Toms, several Jakes and a covey of hens. You had my shotgun across your lap and I was set up 10 or 15 yards away. I was wondering why you were not shooting and I finally yelled "shoot Jerry" cause there were several birds about to crawl in your lap. It was then I realized you were asleep! I just shook my head as you woke up and all the birds ran off before you got your wits about you.....
