Bucky, ya' gots any'o these hangin' around the farm? (estate finds)

I picked this up the other day for a few bucks (bought two of 'em actually). They're bringing $400-$500 on eBay (restored). I have this one listed with a starting bid of $110 and it doesn't even run. (should be an easy fix though)

I think this would make a neat lamp. It's all brass (except the cast iron torch part). They're not bringing a ton of money, but enough to buy a few lunches. It's all brass and a pretty cool looking old blow torch.

Ha! You're just a sucker for old "junk"! I have it listed on "The Bay" right now, but if you really want it, I'd cancel the auction and make ya' a deal you can't refuse. ;)

I bought it at an estate sale and the daughter said it belonged to her dad who was a plumber. This torch was still in his tool chest, so I assume it works.

BTW, those smudges on the tank are very minor and subdued. For some reason, they really stand out in the flash photos. I'm sure it would polish up nicely. The photos were taken in "as found" condition.

I was thinking it'd be cool to do something like this with it: (these are wood, but mine has a brass handle)
