Killing turkeys yesterday and catching the crap out of Rainbows today! 15 since 9 this morning. It's about time to take a break and eat a sammich This retirement is killing me. :D

Pretty colors. Is that the average size of what you are catching? I'm assuming they are planted fish?

Big Sky as far as I know all these were put here by God.
Not certain however. I do know they do stock some mountain stream in NC.
And that was about the average size we were catching. Some bigger but no really big fish today. A GREAT day to be outside!

Why do ya think I was so thrilled about the size of trout we were catching up in MT last summer? SouthEastern trout just don't get as big as y'alls do.....In my limited experiance.

Government fish will have their fins a bit wore since the pools where they are bread are concrete. It would have been hard to see that detail from cappy's picture. That is a nice size 'bow for SE standards unless you are talking about trophy waters like south holston and such. Esteban and I will try to catch some of those in our upcoming fishing trip to TN next weekend...
