I had some killer (alleged) brisket the other day. If that sonofagun was brisket and not pork........I'll take back everything about briskets that I've ever said. That thing was some kind of yummy! Of course it had BBQ sauce infused into the meat.

Made for some goooooood sammichs!!!

Niner, I used to work with a guy that cooked his brisket in a crock pot after only a few hours on the smoker. It had that fall apartvquality of real tender pork and i think he must've cooked the sauce into the meat. Was usre good but didn't have the donsistency we're used to in a brisket.

I may have to smoke something today! This makes me hongry.

Its this stupid ipad keyboard. I have a little separate keyboard that works really well but its hard to sit in my easy chair, drink my coffee, and use it.

So get used to it!
