Just how much are you behind on your average rainfall? Here in southeast ohio we've had rain all thru spring, everything is greening up real quick.

We're probably not behind, we were 25-30 days late getting our rice planted. When we finally got started we have been 17-18 days without a germinating rain. If It hadn't rain this morning, we would have started flushing Monday morning, which is very costly and time consuming . But yes, up until April 24th, we have been VERY wet .
