Every time I smoke ribs or a butt, I think about all you dumbasses who also dabble in the fine art of smoking meats....

The last convo I had with Bill was less than two weeks ago, and I had told him I got a butt on sale and threw it in the freezer cause I wanted to try a new rub. He told me "go to Kroger and get 'butt rub' ".

Well, I took the butt outta the freezer yesterday afternoon, stopped at Kroger on the way home, and picked me up some Conine recommended "butt rub".

Gonna cheat on this one by wrapping in foil and throwing it in the oven at 10:30 tonight and let it slow cook until tomorrow morning.

RIP bud. Thought of you the whole time I was rubbing this thing down with that rub.

On a ski trip in New York, we went to a bar for dinner and they had a burger on the menu called the "artery clogger". It was a 1/2 pound burger with a couple kinds of cheese, bacon, and a fried egg on top.
