I have decided that I identify as "post-racial". From here in out, I will check "other". If required to answer questions in race.

Not sure if that is tongue in cheek or not.......but it is what I have checked on the last 3 US Census forms, and every doctor form I fill out, and maybe others that I'm forgetting. I can look in the mirror and see circumstantial evidence, but I cannot know for a certainty, and that's what I say. I check "other" and in the blank I write "I have no clue and you have no business asking".

First time I did that on the Census, I expected a call. It never came.

I wish that 300,000,000 people would do the same thing.

Only half way joking. If it's not a mandatory question, I've always left if blank. If required, I've answered white. (I refuse to complete the census and tell my wife she can do it if she wants. Just leave me out of it.) From here on out, I'm "other". They actually did a "racial census" in our school district a couple of years ago. It wasn't mandatory, but they said they would answer it for you if you didn't respond. I let those fuckers have it over that.

Based on a conversation I had with a neighbor's kid on this topic over the weekend, I am no longer male or female either. I am "cisgen". Look it up. It's actually a thing. Talk about your jiggery pokery.
