I ain't left. Wife is in class. We finish packing when she gets home, and leave. I hooked up before daylight this morning, to avoid a heatstroke. I have no idea how I'll unhook and set up at 5 or 6 or 7 tonight when we get there. There won't be enough showers in the county to wash off that amount of sweat.

I also have about zero hope of getting TV reception at this site......I remember it as full of trees. So, I'll sit for 5 days and look out the window, if I can wipe off enough condensation. At least we get to go to wife's rich relative's "lake house" Friday night, and sit in the a/c and talk about some dead people and also each other.

We're leaving on Monday for a trip to Manitoba to do the 'visit relatives' thing as well. Gonna take 5-6 days to get there crossing the Big Empty. Not really looking forward to prairie summer weather - hot with thunder and hail storms or traveling so far with a rambunctious 9 month old, 90lb puppy. Oh goodie!
