This is like going to a new church. Nothing worse than having 10 strangers come up and back slap you and ask you 14 questions.

Let folks get comfortable first. Their choice............ they are welcome, and I figure they know it. And I'm sure they're great guys. We'll find out in time.....if we don't run 'em off.
