Funny I was just coming here to say what I really need is a dummy (before anyone says it there's not already a dummy in the car) so I can get in the HOV. I generally drive in the HOV because damn it I pay taxes and I want to, but sure I'll be pulled over someday and when I am I'll smile and just pay my ticket. But, I've really been thinking of my defense lately. It a rare time when I'm not on the phone in my car (overhead speaker)......so that counts as two people in the car right...me and the person I'm talking to?

I've got it backwards though....right now I am geographically limited because what I do....when / if I retire I'll move back somewhere like you speak of....Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas would all be on my list. Of course then I won't have to drive as much and I won't worry about time.
