... so youse dufes be good. My attorney buddy drew up all the legal papers (gratis) for me to put Lynn on the house deed without it costing me anything except a couple bucks filing fee. I got'ta head over to my other bud at the bank, have him notarize 'em for me, then head for the courthouse (don't have any buds there :( ) and file the papers. All this so we can get a "homeowner's" discount on her car insurance. Every little bit helps. :thumbsup
