OK, so if I shoot a buck this season and I ONLY have doe tags, can I claim that the buck really wasn't a buck? I mean, maybe he always wanted to be a doe, but through no choice of his own he was born with the physical attributes of a male. Yet, on the inside he really always knew he wanted to be a female.

I'm just wondering if the Game Wardens will buy it.

I think you have to get a signed confession from the deer stating that (s)he identifies as a doe. A hoof mark in ink or wax will do.
