At best it's a show. At worse it's not binding to ANYTHING and totally unenforceable. But since all politicians are so honest I'm sure he will abide to it.
The ONLY real fix or way to stop that from happening is to pass a (choke) Law...

I think he'll stand by it. He's smart enough to know that hurt him in the first debate and even smarter to do this. I'm not singing his praises, just pointing out he's smarter than most people are giving him credit for.

What they haven't figured out yet is that this marries the RNC to Trump more than it marries him to them. The bastard outsmarted them again.
