No, not THAT cross! On THAT cross, a man died out of love.
THIS cross is still there......sitting on the south side of Eastbound I-40 just shy of Dixon, TN. And it is still draped with the KKK Flag. It is hard to tell if the cross is on public property or not (the shoulder, really), but if not, it's close.
The flag was sort of draped over the arms of the cross last Monday, but the flag was fairly new and in good shape.
The cross has been there as long as I can remember. No one says a word............... and I've Googled all over, and not one reference to it.
Odd.
