In a 200 acre 3-year old cutover........that they 'rowed' up before planting, but left every piled up stick and top. And it was over 90 degrees. And we're old.

Then after 3 hours, we did this, to get it back to camp so we could put it on a trailer, haul it to Fordyce and get it repaired. You don't want to know how long it took and how much stuff we bent trying to get it back on. But we did. And that was the end, we gave up and came home this morning. Go back to plant in 2 weeks or so.

P.S.
That's my ratchet strap. They NEVER have one. Standing camp joke!

Without the tire, it's loaded beyond belief!!! I'm headed that direction, but pale in comparison to the Master. The other tractor does 80% of the work, but it is nice to have two. Still, there's lots to do. And we don't till!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I used to want a tractor. But these guys spend 1 hour EVERY morning lubing, cleaning, blowing off dust, this and that......in places that take a contortionist to get to......and go through a bazillion dollars in just lube every week.........and I'll pass. If the tractor came with my own personal Mexican and Posthole's bank account, then ok.

And I guess I DO have a tractor...........wife does anyway. A non functional Oliver 1855 sitting in front yard of the farm............
