90 years old.
And a lifetime of witty sayings.

Yea, I always liked "it gets late early out here"

Or the comment about a restaurant that, "Nobody goes there any more. It's always packed." Sometimes lost in the personality is the fact that he was the best hitting catcher in MLB history when he retired.

Yep, he was one of the good guys....RIP, Yogi.

My favorite Yogi saying was: "It was like dejavu, all over, again."

Not many of the obits mention it but Yogi Berra also was a WWII war veteran and purple heart recipient. He participated in the invasion of Normandy on DDay.
He won the MVP three times and was an all star an amazing 18 times. Sure , he's known for his sayings, but he was possibly the best catcher in baseball history. And may include Yadi too.

And he was married to the same woman for 65 years.

Pretty amazing guy.

My last love for the Yankees. It was deep. I was 12. I bonded with baseball at that time. We spent every single summer day, unchaperoned, playing Workup and Flies and Skinners at the ball field........which we rode to on our Bikes, and we never told Mama where we were going or when we'd be back, and she didn't care.

Yogi is a big part of me.

The future ain't what it used to be.

You’ve got to be very careful if you don’t know where you are going, because you might not get there.

And my favorite:

In baseball, you don’t know nothing.
