My company gives me stock grant every year equivalent to 4-5% of my salary. It's caused me to be obsessed with watching stock prices. I gotta stop watching it.

If I had taken the Sprint stock I bought and was given as 'bonuses' and sold it when it was $150 a share, just imagine..............

When I left it was about $2.50 a share. Today $4.30 or so.

Putting a large chunk of your future/retirement money in your own company's stock is suspect, and risky, and I disrecommend it highly!
