Just not my day...

They detected malware on my laptop so I had to turn it over to IT for diagnostics and possible reformatting. Two hours later my loaner laptop gets the blue screen of death. I've been down to the IT "lizard lounge" twice now and nobody is home. The sign on the door says they'll be back in 30 minutes. But, it doesn't say when they left.
