Its stupid because according to the rules the leader can't be passed until they cross, but both lines accelerate before the line. So if the leader slows down, like they do all the time, the others have to accordian up and the leader has a big advantage.

Yeah, everyone was in shock. Egg on NASCAR's face for not calling the race on the first GWC. It's no different than Newman wrecking Larson to stay in, Logano punting kenseth to make sure he didn't transfer or keslowski's bonzi move taking out Gordon last year. The sandbox NASCAR puts us in
