Lots of football happening though in these last two weeks.

We are going to the OU - TCU game this weekend to see Striker and Tapper make a Boykin sandwich.

It's hard to imagine they'd leave OU out of things if they win out. My first reaction is that ND should draw the short straw as they're an independent. So, fuck them.

The Domers have a tough draw at Stanford. Lets see how they stand up to some real competition. I mean Navy is good this year (their coach oughta get some love for the job he's done), but Stanford is really the only test on their whole damn schedule. The next two weeks oughta be fun!

Then there's the whole Texas issue. Albeit the first game of the year, Notre Dame beat them 38-3. Meanwhile, OU stepped on their dick in the Red River Shootout.

No doubt about the Texas loss. I'm not gonna lobby for the Sooners unless they win out. If they do by some miracle, November wins against unbeaten Baylor, one loss TCU, and unbeaten Okie State ought to be a resume that'd stand up against just about any of the current top four.

If OU wins out they definitely deserve to be in, and they will. OU doesn't get left out often when they play well. As a kstate fan I still remember 2003 when Kstate won the Big 12 Championship against OU 35-7, and Kstate was not a great team that year....>OU went to the national title game right after that game
