I sold an item on eBay around 6:00 am a couple days ago and when I looked at the buyer's address, I realized he lives only about three blocks from me! (I don't know him) I happened to be at my computer when he made the purchase and I immediately responded by telling him we were neighbors, then informed him I'm no Internet axe murderer and have lived in this same house for almost 17 years. If he'd give me the most convenient time for him, I could simply hand deliver it that same day. I never heard back from him so I went ahead and mailed it late that same afternoon. To this day, I haven't heard a word from him. Sheeesh, I guess some folks just aren't very neighborly. :(
