He text back "gently pour warm water around edges and tap lightly with a hammer"
She texts back in about 5 minutes and says "Computer REALLY screwed up now."

Omg, I cant stop chuckling... I also heard the call from a lady to onstar because she could not get out of her car with the door locks because some fuses blew on her and the electric locks did not work. Some of you must have heard it but I always thought it was a hoax until I saw it enacted in one of those "dial 911" like shows, I could not believe it was true but it was....
