Rang the Silver Bell last night

Two hours in front of Sam's Club. Mild night compared to last year (40 ish). No snow, felt more like March than Dec..
If the amount of shoppers that came past me last night are any indication of a successful Christmas Season, then this should be a record year.
They were pretty generous also. Sort of kept a running count and in two hours bucketed about $300.
Bell ringer that I relieved said some guy shoved in a $100 bill, my best were a couple of $20's.
Very friendly crowd, most all said Merry Christmas after I said the same.

Good for you. Been doing a little research on the SA.. I like the looks of their "books". Think they'll be getting the lion's share of our charitable donations..

Most of youse guys have sick and twisted minds, wonder why I even attempt to post here.

HH, for some reason I've always like the SA, I find what I give to my church, I try and match to the SA.
Good organization without the higher up's getting huge salaries.
