The guy messing with him is a off duty Tulsa County Deputy. Our sheriff's department has had some very bad press lately and this doesn't help. Hopefully they can just work it out but I'm sure this ain't the end. Some people just like pissing on whatever campfire they can piss on just to be assholes. This guy appears to be one of those.
