I made sausage....about 10 lbs of jalapena/cheese summer sausage, 10 lbs. of Italian link sausage, and 10 lbs. of breakfast sausage....gonna do about 10 lbs. of peppered jerky, next week.
Kudos to the LEM Company....best dang seasonings I've ever used !!!
