I think it was you who mentioned 'Making of a Murderer'. Yesterday and last evening the wife and I watched the first three episodes. Very interesting, and very disturbing. No spoilers please. But at this point, even if the guy is guilty, there's lots of explaining that needs to be done by a lot of folks.

Barry - I binged watched it. I won't give anything away but I will say Guilty or Not, I was convinced there were some shenanigans that went on. That being said I couch my opinion with the fact that this was a documentary and likely very edited to tell a certain aspect of the story.

We kind of went into watching it very much skeptical of the way the documentary makers approached the whole thing. I mean, if you're going to make a big deal out of a person's constitutional right of innocent until proven guilty, it might be disingenuous to assume the sheriff's office is guilty until they're proven guilty as well. Still, something is rotten in Denmark!

And did watching it make you feel kind of sick to your stomach? The Wisconsin legislator and politicians that cozied up to Avery and then dropped him like a hot potato made me want to puke.f

And the retired DA reminded me of Paul Lee, if you remember him.

I remember Paul Lee. That DA is a snake...I can't mention much more not knowing where you are at. Bring this back to the top after watching all episodes. There are a whole lot of questions I have that I can't answer.

We watched the first three episodes. But it might be a spoiler for someone else who hasn't watched it. Last January, we binge listened to an audio program of a series called "Serial" on NPR on our drive back home from Fort Collns. It was similar, but I thought done a lot better. This one is a little too one sided and that makes me a bit uncomfortable. I keep wondering, can it be that bad there?
