Now that right there wuz a good un.

I got no dog in the hunt. But I bet I got something y'all don't. We got invited to several "Super Bowl Parties". We declined 'em all. I'd tell you it's because I really don't like watching 'big games' on TV with a bunch of crazy old goats screaming and I can't hear or concentrate. That WOULD be true...........but the real reason is the wife said "When we do that stuff, all the women are NOT sports fans and they get mad when I don't chit chat with them about stupid stuff, and then I miss the game. I'm the only woman sports fans in those crowds".

She is mad we're out of crappie too.

Ed won't take me. I don't blame him none. I'm bad about GPS'ing folks fishing holes and stuff. But it's like golf.......if you are bad at either one, take me, and your confidence level will SHOOT up big time!

Cappy, you know how I've felt about "Scam" going back to his college days and first couple of years in the league. However, I've been trying hard to move on from it in spite of that little voice n the back of my head thinking a lot of this was for show. (My changing point was when I thought about how I feel about Bryce Harper. If Cam was my guy, I'd be eating is act up.) He is a heck of a player and his future is very bright. However, he's still got a ways to go. If your actions say, "Me!, Me!, Me!" when things are going well, you better damn sure be willing to face the music when things don't. Even more than his general personae in that press conference, the words he did say were all about "we" need to do and now about what "I" need to do.
