Here's a true story. When I got in my deer club years ago, there was an old man, in his 80's, that was grandfathered in. He didn't live long after that, but he was there then. His bible is still on the mantle. Anyway, one of the guys (who was in his 40's then, 60's now) came out of the bathroom with eyes WIDE! We asked what was wrong, and he said "G***** was in the bathroom and he was pulling his pants up, and his balls were BLACK and hung plumb down to his knees! I will NEVER unsee that sight!!".

He brings it up every now and then.
