They haven't quit fracking at all, just reduced the wastewater disposal at certain wells. They've been trying this plan for a couple years now and its had no effect. And the Repugnicans aren't the ones causing it, they're the one denying it has anything to do with it while they're getting their palms greased by the oil companies.
