My Quakefeed just told me about a 7.9 off the coast of Sumatra. I believe its west of you but in your vicinity.
Report in when you get a chance and let us know you're okay! Also said there were tsunami warnings.

Sumatra is 1500 miles north of Bali ... basically on the same peninsula. So I'd assume any tsunami threat would spread out away from the peninsula. (?)

All good here in Bali! Gotta say you would love this place, Barry. It's primarily Hindu as opposed to the rest of Indonesia. But, there's also this Bhuddist feel to it. People are very laid back, close to nature and just about the friendliest you'd ever meet. In snorkeling tomorrow afternoon and will let you know how that goes.
