I just returned from a sale where the guy used to own a tailor shop. I know you're looking for a Consew or a Juki, but figured I'd throw these out there for a long-shot in case you're interested.
He has a (all these are commercial units) Singer, a Mitsubishi, a U.S. Blind Stitch Machine Corp. and a (Blindstitch) REX. I think you're looking for one that handles leather and I think two of these will if you change the foot.
I have pics if you're interested. All have their tables, etc.
