We're having an estate sale this weekend ... but guess what? Lynn and I are leaving for Miami on Friday to spend a few days relaxing (and maybe hitting a few estate sales). ;)

BUT ... the one here this weekend might make a few of you drool. I talked to the dude handling the sale and I understand not all the pics have been taken yet and this place is stuffed with all kinds of goodies. I haven't even touched on the antique sword collection, the WWII memorabilia or even the boat, etc. I know the guy who's running the sale and he prices high ... but if you "know him" ... the posted price means nothing at all. He's totally negotiable and caters to his regulars ... you know, kind'a like ... well .... ME!! :D

There usually is, but I'm normally somewhere around # 1-5 in line. If it's a smaller house and there's much of a line, they usually limit it to about 20 people at a time inside (maybe 25 or so with a larger house) ... I'm always in the first group through the door. ;)
