Interesting tidbit on flying into Dubai. I changed planes there once a couple of years ago and I was absolutely amazed at how absofuckinglutely hammered a bunch of the guys on the plane were getting. I mean they never stopped pounding beers the whole way. It finally got to the point that I asked one of them about it and he said they were all "contractors that spent a few months at a time there and they were fueling up.

My brother used to work for Bechtel years ago and he'd spend a year at a time on projects over there. He did some MAJOR catching up whenever he was able to slip away for a little R&R.
