The season is winding down, and they've dropped to $1.85 per pound, so I bought a 33 lb. bag for my supper at the lakehouse....I can make about 4 meals off of these tasty beauties.

I have a cousin who lives in Texas. The rest of that side of the family visited her recently and they had a crawfish boil. It went over so well her brother is planning on doing one back here.

I hope he does so I can try what y'all get so excited about.

I think Cap will back me up on this....you just haven't been properly instructed on how to eat boilt crawfish.

Anyone, with a little practice, can eat them as fast as popping shelled peanuts in their mouth.....you don't peel them like shrimp....snap off the tail, squeeze the azz-end, pinch and pull out the meat with your front teeth....absolutely no effort, at all.

If the fish aren't biting tomorrow, just for sheeits and grins, I'll post a vid clip of how to do it. ;)
