I'm currently doing low carb as well. Bacon is as close to god as a man can get while still being alive.

For breakfast fried pork chops, gravy and homemade biscuits.

For lunch home fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn on the cob, green beans and sweet tea.
