I got ti witness a little history last night.

Max Scherzer threw 20 strikeouts and tied the MLB record last night and I got to witness it. Dude was nasty. I almost didn't go as I was feeling a little peaked and the weather was iffy. It was a cool match up as they had one of our former aces Zimmermann going against their old guy Scherzer. DD, I sure hope you enjoy watching him throw the next few years as much as I have Scherzer.

I don't know who Scherzer is, but I hear Zimmerman is auctioning off the handgun he used to shoot Trayvon Martin. ;)

I said at the time that it was a mistake for the Tigers not to sign Scherzer. They should have shopped Verlander and tried to get something for him before he started to have the drop off he's experiencing now.
