Getting a little better on the guitfiddle

So I'm starting to make a little bit of progress getting thru the plateau I had hit that I was crying about a couple months ago.

A buddy of mine posted on facebook that the first of his friends to post Prince music would win a bottle of wine so I ran downstairs and cranked out a little purple rain. I'm using what's called a "looper" where you can record a rythym track and then layer live playing over top of it. When I hit the looper to start recording a bunch of other shit came flying out so I had to zero it out and start over...

Anyway... it's no LJFS but still. Zip it Jimmy, I'm standing right in front of my amp, it'll buzz.

I'd tell ya' that was pretty good, but I wouldn't want your head to swell.

Two observations ...

1) ... (see 7 second mark) ... always put your pick down before pointing.
2) ... (complete video) ... you're still fugly and seem to get fuglier with time.
3) ... you're fugly ... no wait ... see #2! ;)

Guitar pickin' was good. But next time see if you can find a little brighter light to stand in front of so it will wash out some more of that fugly!

A LOT of practice hours logged and it really shows!
I'd give my right arm to be able to do that but then I wouldn't be able to play without a right arm. I have a guitar sitting in the front room.
I don't have the dedication to PRACTICE.
Maybe one day I'll get a cat, turn fugly, and start practicing.
Then I can be like you!
