Seafood buffet....mmmmm!!!,,,,

We don't gamble, but went over to the Thursday night seafood buffet at the casino on the river....in addition to the all-u-can-eat buffet, you can order two large lobsters for an additional $7.50....quite a bargain.

We got there a little late, and the waitress said they had run out of lobsters....I told my wife that day'um Thumper was in Maine, and had prolly already eaten his way thru enough lobsters to diminish the world lobster market. ;)

I'm waiting to hear that he fished one of those display only monsters they keep in restaurant aquariums and ate it.

Bof'a youse can bite me! Today is Lynn's and my 31st "anniversary" and we're headed for Orlando to celebrate. BUT, no lobsters ... I'll be hitting the lamb chops pretty heavily (with some beef thrown in for good measure) at our favorite restaurant, Fogo de Chão! I will admit though, we pigged out on those bugs while in Maine! On our final day there, we drove up the coast to a well known place on the water for our farewell lobster meal. We beat the tourist rush, so were able to mingle and eat with the locals. Once we got back to the hotel that evening, we had a couple'a doggie bags in the fridge we had to finish up, then a hotel breakfast the next day before heading to the airport around 10:00 am. Man-o-man! I got pretty spoiled eating up all "your" lobsters! :D
