Is there any kind of market for old cell phones? My wife is upgrading from a three year old Samsung Galaxy and I'm not sure if I should just throw it away or what. Do folks sell these on EBAY?

List it on craigslist. We've even sold phones that don't freaking work at all for $150

Sure there's a market ... 'course price depends om GIGs, locked/unlocked. model, condition, etc.

Yep, as LJ said, if you want to avoid the hassle of going through the eBay process, check Craig's List. Your market will be tiny (comparatively), but you won't have to deal with fees, shipping, etc.
