SEATTLE - An MRI following last night's pre-season game with the Seattle Seahawks, in which quarterback Tony Romo was injured in an awkward slide, revealed that the oft-injured signal caller will miss at least six weeks for what has been diagnosed as a severe Labia strain.

Gee, now I almost feel bad for posting this. Almost.

Yep, me too, Chick....cracked vertebrae is a bad injury....out for 6-10 weeks....if the Dallas offensive line can give Dak some decent protection, he can get the job done....my truck dealership friend, Buddy Jones, who is Jerry Jones's first cousin, said Dallas has full confidence in Dak, and his teammates really like his attitude and leadership on the field.

Dak's and his Mom's life-long dream was for him to play QB for the Cowboys....before his Mom died, during his soph. year at MS State, he promised her that her dream would come true.

That's a lot to put on a 4th round draft pick - no matter how good he's going to turn out to be.

He's up to the challenge....if, he gets the proper protection in the pocket.

It makes a lot of difference for a young guy, who wants to be playing for a team that he loves, rather than just being drafted to a team, which he really doesn't have any connection with.
