I'm looking at home security w/video. Does anyone have any recommendations. I already have an alarm system, so I'm really more interested in a wireless video surveillance i can put at my entrance doors. I'd also like it to alert me via my phone.

Several of my friends have the BLINK system....it's inexpensive, and fairly new....totally wireless....I, too, have an alarm system, but gonna wait to see how this one holds up for them.

Some friends of mine have one that sent them an alert in their phone while we were in Florida this summer. I'll see them tomorrow and find out what they have.

I've been reading the q/a and reviews on Blink. One of the things that kind of makes my feelers twitch is they say that the cameras are are for indoor use and if you use them outsdoors, if you use them in an environment with moisture, or outside of the 32-95 degree ambient temp range, it voids the warranty. Also says that it can't detect motion through glass.
